Adding more fiber to my diet was  a "very good thing"! Here is the hat I whipped up yesterday....the darker section in the center is caused by my scanner    Woke up very early this morning to spend some quality time with my wheel and now have a ton more (well really a hundred plus grams) of yarn to knit up. I definitely recommend this fiber therapy to everyone but be advised that it is VERY habit forming
